Welcome to Reinhardt Home Heating Loyalty Points – our rewards program designed to give back to our loyal customers and the community.
It’s super simple. Customers who have signed up for our rewards program earn one Loyalty Point for every dollar spent with us. Points accumulate automatically and when you have enough points to turn in, a few clicks will convert them into the item of your choice.
While our Rewards menu is refreshed from time to time, here are examples items you may purchase with your points:
- A credit to your account: turn points into cash to offset your current balance
- Discounts on Services: get a free Safety Check, discounted Tune-and-Clean
- Discounts on new heating or A/C equipment
- Discounts on Service Plans
- Discounts or credits at partner business
- Charitable gifts: turn points into a cash donation made in your name to a local organization. You choose the charity from a list of options
THE BEST PART: Earn 2500 points just for signing up! When you sign-up for our Loyalty Points program you will automatically be awarded 2500 points to use however you wish. Turn in your points for a cash credit right away, or save them up for bigger, better rewards. You decide!
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
- Go to MY ACCOUNT
- Sign in, or if a first-time user, sign-up for access to the portal.
- Once in the portal, click on the Rewards tab
- A message will pop up asking if you want to join Rewards – click SUBMIT
Your account will be updated within 24 hours, giving you access to our Rewards Menu and the power to claim what you have earned.
